Carrera Luxury Properties is deeply committed to its service and we try to show this from the beginning. A member of our Customer Service will be available to welcome you personally upon your arrival to the apartment. From that moment on, we will be at your disposal.

In order to give maintain the level of commitment we wish to offer to our guests, we kindly ask you to do the following:

• Inform us of your estimated time of arrival beforehand by email or by phone. Our email address and phone number are indicated on the reservation. Arrivals from 9 PM to 11 PM will be charged €30. From 11 PM up to 1 AM, arrivals will be charged €50. No arrivals after 1 AM.
• Upon arriving to Valencia, please call us and a member of our Customer Service will be waiting at the apartment to welcome you. Our staff will not go to the apartment until they receive the phone call.
• If you have ordered a pick up from the airport or station, we will organize your arrival with our drivers.
• On arrival at the Apartment, the staff of Carrera Luxury Properties will provide you with all relevant information about the Apartment, the keys and an explanation of its surrounding area, as well as a Valencia city map.
• You will be asked to sign the Terms and Conditions and the Entry Form, as well as show your Passport or ID. We will then proceed to charge the remaining amount of the total booking price. We accept cash and credit card.
• As for the Security Deposit, we will proceed as follows:
• For stays of up to 3 nights we will carry out a pre-authorisation of the requested amount. The deposit will be returned 7 days after departure, when the appropriate checks are done and no damage is detected.
• For stays of over 3 days, we will collect the requested amount. The deposit will be returned 7 days after departure, when the appropriate checks are done and no damage is detected.
