Check out time is at 11: 00 a.m. If you want to leave later, let us know during check in and we will do our utmost to satisfy you.

If you have booked a private transfer to the airport or station, we will arrange your departure, according to your indications, with our drivers.

It is very important for you to check that you take have taken all your luggage, disposed of any garbage and that you still have all sets of keys.

The security deposit (bond) will be returned, as a whole, 7 days after your departure and after checking that the apartment has sustained no damage. If unfortunately there is something broken or damaged, it will be deducted from the security deposit and, if the expense created exceeds this amount, the difference will be charged to your credit card.
